Novarki LLC ("Novarki", "we") designs its products and this website with privacy at the core. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate, and we do not sell personal information.

Data we collect

Basic, aggregated usage and crash diagnostics to keep our apps reliable.
Optional inputs you provide (for example dietary preferences) to personalize results within an app.
If you email us, the contents of your message and your email address, so we can reply.

This website and the contact form

novarki.com is a static site. At launch there is no contact form service configured: the Contact page invites you to email support@novarki.com, and that email is handled by our mail provider solely to respond to you.

If a contact form is enabled later, it will submit your name, email, company and message to a form processor acting on our behalf; that data is used only to reply to your enquiry and is retained no longer than needed to do so. This policy will be updated to name the processor at that time.

Analytics

There is no analytics or advertising tracking on novarki.com at launch. If privacy-respecting analytics are added later, we will describe them here and keep them cookieless where possible.

How we use data

To provide, maintain and improve our products and this site.
To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
To ensure security, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
