Why Novarki exists
The AI industry builds for the enterprise — the teams with budgets, data platforms and a department to run it. Everyone else gets generic apps that almost fit. Novarki exists for everyone else: owner-operated and small businesses, local trades, teams without an IT department, and consumers with specific needs the big products ignore.
We prove the approach on our own work before we sell it. Four products are live — a voice front office answering real calls, and three apps in the stores. That is the bar: not a demo, but something shipped, hosted and running.
How we're set up
Novarki is a founder-led studio: a small senior core with a network of specialists we bring in for design, data and domain work when a project needs it. Small on purpose — you talk to the people doing the work.
What we believe
Privacy by design
We collect the minimum data a product needs, keep it where it belongs, and never make surveillance the business model. Privacy is a design constraint from the first sketch, not a policy bolted on at the end.
Explainable outputs
An AI answer people can act on has to come with its reasons. We favor retrieval and rules where accuracy matters and use models to explain, so the person on the other end can trust — and check — the result.
Humans in the loop where it matters
Automation should remove drudgery, not accountability. We design a clear path for a person to step in on the decisions that carry risk, and we make the hand-off obvious.
The simplest thing that works
The best solution is usually smaller than it first looks. We bias toward the simplest design that solves the real problem and can be run and maintained by a small team.
Where we've been
Before Novarki, our work spanned call centers, banking, government contracting, construction, compliance, IT service management and HR systems. That is why our examples are concrete and why we are comfortable in regulated, messy, real-world environments.
